This website is operated by New Woodland Enterprise, with its registered office at Dhar Road, GNT Market, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452002, India.
We distribute wood and interior materials from locations in Indore, Aurangabad and Lucknow.

We ask for nothing beyond what is needed to answer your enquiry. We do not ask for your address, date of birth, identity documents, or financial details.

We do not store your IP address itself. It is converted into an irreversible hash that lets us count repeat submissions without identifying you or your location.
Analytics

We want to be specific, because vague privacy policies are how surprises happen.
- We do not sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
- We do not add you to a marketing list, newsletter, or bulk WhatsApp broadcast because you asked for a quote.
- We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or social media trackers.
- We do not record your screen or your mouse movements.
- We do not build a profile of you across other websites.
- We do not use your data to make automated decisions about you.

Why we are allowed to hold it
Under the DPDP Act, we process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form, for the specific purpose of responding to your enquiry.
You can withdraw that consent at any time, and it is as easy to withdraw as it was to give. Contact us using the details above.

Who we share it with
Your enquiry is seen by our own staff who prepare and send your quote.
Our website and database are hosted by service providers who process data on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes:

These providers process your information only to deliver their service to us. They are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
We do not share your enquiry with manufacturers, dealers or suppliers. If your requirement needs a supplier's involvement, we will ask you first.
Some of these providers store data outside India, which the DPDP Act permits except to countries the Government has restricted.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

After 24 months your enquiry is securely deleted or anonymised automatically. We do not keep data indefinitely on the basis that it might be useful one day.
We may keep an enquiry longer only where the law requires it — for example where it forms part of an accounting or tax record, or where it is needed for an ongoing legal matter.

How we protect it
- The website is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
- Our database denies all access by default; only authenticated staff accounts can read enquiries.
- Your enquiry is never accessible from the public website — it is not something a visitor can request or enumerate.
- Access is limited to the people who need it, and every change is logged.
- Backups are encrypted and stored separately.
No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say so than claim otherwise. If a breach occurs that affects your data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may:
- Ask what we hold about you and how we have used it
- Correct anything inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date
- Have it erased when it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you are unable to
- Complain to us, and then to the Data Protection Board if we do not resolve it
